StockBridge connects product variants between your Shopify stores and updates their Available inventory based on your sync direction and rules. Starter, Growth, and Business use Shopify webhooks for real-time updates; the Free plan runs on a 15-minute interval.
Does StockBridge sync Available or On hand?
StockBridge currently syncs Available inventory—the quantity you can sell. It does not separately mirror On hand, Committed, Unavailable, or Incoming quantities. Different order commitments can leave On hand totals different even when Available quantities match.
Do I need a subscription on every store?
No. Only the source store pays for the connection’s plan. Destination stores can install and connect without a separate subscription. Features and limits depend on the source store’s plan.
Can I sync only selected products?
Yes. Use SKU mappings to connect the variants you want to sync. Auto-detect finds matches by SKU or barcode; review those pairs before enabling them. You can also manage individual mappings. Your entire catalog does not have to be connected.
Can both Shopify stores update inventory?
Bidirectional sync is available on Starter and above. It allows inventory changes from either store to sync according to the connection settings. For shared physical stock, agree on location pairs and a restocking process first. Inventory sync does not merge the stores’ order commitments into one warehouse ledger.
Can I connect more than two stores or multiple locations?
Growth supports up to 5 stores and Business supports up to 10. Business includes multi-location mapping. Each connection has its own product pairs and settings, so you can choose what should sync between each pair of stores.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
The Free plan includes 2 stores, up to 50 SKUs per connection, one-way sync, and a 15-minute interval. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Plan prices are in USD; Shopify shows the subscription terms when you approve a paid plan.
